Young Woman Is Confused after Old Lady Comes to Her House and Claims It Belongs to Her – Story of the Day
Alison and Sandra live together as mother and daughter. They had recently moved to a new house and had been enjoying their space until a stranger knocked on Sandra’s door and claimed that the house was hers. Shocked at this claim, a series of events that leads to growth for everyone follow the three ladies.
Alison was an 11-year-old girl living with her mother, Sandra. She was a happy little girl who enjoyed swimming, playing the piano, and having movie nights with her mom. Sandra was a single, busy professional who was great at her job. She loved spending time with her daughter and worked to keep the balance.
But one day, Sandra received a call from work long after business hours had ended. “Sandra, we need you in the office in the next 15 minutes,” her manager said.
“I can’t leave my daughter here by herself,” Sandra said. “It’s way too late.”
“I’m sorry, Sandra, but you don’t have a choice,” he replied.

“Baby, mommy needs to rush to work. Please keep the door locked and watch some cartoons,” Sandra said. She rushed out and quickly drove to work, hoping to sort out the emergency and get home as soon as possible. While Alison remained home, she completed her homework and started watching cartoons.
Suddenly, a big knock rang from the door. Alison didn’t know what that sound was. She slowly approached the door and realized that the banging was coming from outside the kitchen door. This loud banging made Alison afraid. She had no idea who it was and was not expecting someone to knock while alone.
She slowly made her way to the window and realized that an elderly lady was knocking on the door. “Please let me in!” she begged.
“Ma’am, you’re scaring me!” Alison replied
“I need to tell your mother that this house belonged to me,” Camila said.
“But she isn’t home; please come back another time,” Alison cried.
