Barbara Heals was born from my own journey of healing, self-discovery and returning to myself.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering who you already are.
With training in counselling and Angelic Reiki, I create a space that feels safe, soft and deeply held. My approach is intuitive and heart-led.
